I grew up in a home that one day a week was chore day. Mom would put all of the chores on slips of paper and then we got to draw them out one by one. Sometimes you were lucky and got the easy ones like dusting or sorting socks, but other times you got cleaning the dog run. It just ended up that way. Now that I’m in charge of how the house gets cleaned I find it easier to do things a little at a time. I’m still not perfect and I am not a super clean person but the house is getting there.
