Farewell 2012

This year has gone through really quickly for us. We’ve had a lot of ups and downs but it’s been a year to remember for our lives and relationship.

Our relationship with froggy started this year and it opened up a new path for us to forge ahead. Poly has been an interesting journey and one that I’m sure I’ll continue to learn more about myself and my ability to accept and maybe even love another.

We went to our second BDSM convention and it was a great time. I look forward to being able to go to another one! I loved the energy and meeting people. It felt so great to be a part of something bigger than the local group.

We celebrated our 1st Anniversary. I love Master so much I know that we’ll be celebrating even more years to come. I’m just amazed at the love and patience this man gives me, even when I don’t think I deserve it.

I got caught lying to him this fall about my eating issues and spent weeks in trouble.

And that’s really just about as exciting as our life has gotten this year. Froggy being the big change and improvement in our lives.

Breakfast – Linda’s Low Carb Pork and Cabbage Skillet

Lunch – Chili with 2 hot dogs, 20 tortilla chips

Dinner – 6 oz. chicken breast, 1 c. broccoli, olive oil

Water – 70 oz.

Exercise – none.


End of the year and I need to really crack down on my exercise. There’s just no hope if I don’t exercise more often.

Breakfast – 2 slices of ham

Lunch – Chinese buffet; chicken broccoli, chicken mushroom, white rice, spring roll, rice wrapper dumplings, chicken terriyaki, hot and sour soup. (all on one plate, no refills), diet pepsi

Dinner – Ate out ; bacon wrapped mozzarella stuffed chicken breast, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, lemonade

Water – 70 oz.

Exercise – Core Mat Workout by Sparkpeople


Friday December 28, 2012

Breakfast – 1/2 serving Daikon Hash with sausage, eggs and cheese, chocolate milk

Lunch – 2 servings cream of rice with margarine and brown sugar

Dinner – 2 meatball and pepperoni subs on GF baguette (yum!)

Snack – 24 GF Glutino Pretzels, 24 oz Cherry Cola

Water – 80 oz

Exercise – none


I didn’t drink as much water because I was nursing that cola all day. That’s a bad trend. I’m going to have to just pour a glass and then go back to water I think. I thought I had gone over my calories today with 2 meatball subs but according to sparkpeople I was right in range for their estimates. I did go way over on what I want to be for carbs though. Gotta watch that. And where are the veggies!

End of the Year

As with every end of the year I start to think about the progress I’ve made and what my goals are for next year. I know that in most cases I don’t get anywhere when I set resolutions so I don’t plan on doing anything so “formal” but I do have a hope for this next year which would make Master really happy.

First, the obvious. I’m always hoping to lose weight. Things are working in the positive as far as learning new eating habits and the exercise should follow. I have a goal of another 17.5 lbs by March and it would be nice to lose 50 lbs over the course of the entire year.

Here’s what Master will love. I want to capture my slutty nature. I want to learn to be sexually available as often as possible. I want to learn to express when I’m horny and to catch on to when Master is horny so that I don’t neglect him. It’s a huge task folks. It really is. But I’m up for it. He’ll be thrilled.

So, you may be wondering how I plan to do all that? Easy. It’s just a matter of trying to break up the goals into smaller tasks.

  • Watch more porn.
  • Masturbate more frequently.
  • Watch Master’s body language better and offer sexual attention when it appears he wants it.
  • Volunteer blow jobs.

I’m not sure where I’m going to start first. I think the easiest would be to watch more porn. Heh.  Now I have several sites that I enjoy watching the free porn but I could always use more. What free porn sites do you enjoy watching?

Lunch – 8 gluten free chicken dumplings with dipping sauce, 20 oz coke

Dinner – 1 pork chop, 1 c. mock mashed potatoes, 1/2 c. carrots

Snack – large chicken taco salad, chocolate milk

Water – 110 oz

Exercise – none


I went a bit carb crazy today. I tend to do that on my period. My body just has these cravings. I know I’m not the only one. I’ll work on it better tomorrow if the cramps lift.

Breakfast – none

Lunch – Chinese dumplings

Dinner – chicken taco salad (chicken, olives, cheese, lettuce w/salsa and sour cream)

Snack – Grande Single Peppermint Mocha

Water – 90 oz

Exercise – general housecleaning (off and on for 3 hours)


Period started so I’m exceptionally crampy and craving carbs. Especially decadent deserts. And chocolate. Must make it through today.

Lunch – baked beans and hot dogs

Dinner – healthy portion of turkey, lots of Brussels sprouts and mock mashed potatoes (cauliflower)

Snack – 1 piece fudge, 2 snack pkg gluten free cookies

Water – 90 oz

Exercise – none
