Do you have any sugar free recipes?
I don’t eat a sugar free diet, so no, I don’t.
I know you are dieting and even small amounts of what you are posting will not help you at all. I have a few sugar free recipes if you would like them. They are really good and noone can tell they are sugar free. (My husband is a diabetic). I avoid eating the sugar free deserts as well, even in small amounts, because it will cause your body to crave more.
That’s really sweet of you and I thank you for thinking of me, but I’m not dieting; I’m making a lifechange. It doesn’t exclude sweets, it just means I’m more mindful of what I eat and that works for me. I eat more veggies that way and am happier with my food choices if I don’t exclude the things I like.
Besides, it just happens that my recipe box starts with sweets that these are the first recipes I’m adding. You’ll see some wonderful main dishes coming up in the next few days/weeks.
