You've just got to take one pound at a time and before you know it, you'll be at your goal weight :)

My weight yoyos by as much as 1.5kg around pms time, so I'm with you at not weighing yourself at that time. Nothing more depressing than to see it go up when you've been so good...

My favourite zuchinni recipe is a frittata. You fry an onion along with a grated carrot and grated zuchinni. Add some beaten egg (as much as you like). Cook till the bottom is set, sprinkle on some grated cheese if you like (it is still good without) and then put under a hot broiler to set the top. Serve cut in wedges.

It is good hot, but also good cold for lunches.

Aww thank you. I'm not ready to calorie count again, but I'm keeping a loose food diary with TweetWhatYouEat.com. I get plenty of fluids. On an average day I have over 100 oz.

Thanks for the website suggestion, I've been there before but it's been awhile. I'll have to go check it out again!

That cookbook sounds right up my alley! I'm going to have to check it out. Definitely a way to sneak it into foods. Maybe even Master wouldn't notice! :)

(((((luna))))) You rock, girl! Sounds like you've got all the right attitudes about keeping a realistic outlook, and making small improvements that will add up to big benefits.

i really like AllRecipes.com for good new recipe ideas, and they have special category searches like "affordable meals" and "heart healthy meals" etc. if you do a little browsing. And best of all, full access is free!

Are you watching your fluids intake, too? i know for me, getting in more glasses of water daily is quite a challenge, but very beneficial.

Congratulations on your progress! There's a cookbook written by Jessica Seinfeld. It's called Deceptively Delicious and it features recipes that include pureed fruit and vegetables. You can't see them or taste them, but they are there! And their nutrients are in you! It sounds like it would be perfect for you. The brownie recipe rocks, IMHO.
