		<description>I think it&#039;s a bad idea take a &quot;break day&quot; from your exercise. I&#039;ve found that the only way I&#039;ve ever been successful in exercising consistently is to make it a part of my lifestyle, something I look forward to, and not something to take a break from.

Exercising is simply something you need to do, always. If you stop doing it once you&#039;ve gotten into shape, you&#039;ll just get back out of shape.

But, if you do it right and consistently, you&#039;ll feel better and live longer!

I&#039;m sorry to scold you, sweetie. But I want you to be happy with yourself and your appearance, and feel good about yourself for Master!</description>
