    I think it’s a bad idea take a “break day” from your exercise. I’ve found that the only way I’ve ever been successful in exercising consistently is to make it a part of my lifestyle, something I look forward to, and not something to take a break from.

    Exercising is simply something you need to do, always. If you stop doing it once you’ve gotten into shape, you’ll just get back out of shape.

    But, if you do it right and consistently, you’ll feel better and live longer!

    I’m sorry to scold you, sweetie. But I want you to be happy with yourself and your appearance, and feel good about yourself for Master!
