I’m Here, I’m Fat, Get Used to it!

Alright so here I am again preparing to do the difficult task of losing weight. I took a short hiatus to correct my mood and now that is under control I think I can work on my diet and exercise. This week promises to be really hard. I have a lot of little goals in place to hopefully help me on my way. I know that I have all of you readers as support and I know that Master will be cheering me on too.

I will make it, bit by bit. I’m starting a little higher than I was when I started this up awhile ago. I’m at 317 lbs. Boy that’s a lot. I got down to 298 almost a year ago. I felt so much healthier then. That’s my first goal. I have 10% at a time goals, should be enough for about 4 months at a time. If I do well.

Tomorrow I dig in and exercise everyday. I have a goal of at least 10 mins of scheduled exercise beyond what my normal routine would fit in. If I am successful in keeping this goal Monday-Saturday I will get a day off; if not then I will be exercising on Sunday. The second week is the same 10 mins, but the 3rd week I will be uping it to 20 mins Monday-Saturday. This is just cardio so I’m perfectly capable of doing this.

As far a food goes I’m going to be keeping a food diary on SparkPeople.com and I’ll be sharing a link weekly to that if anyone wants to follow my progress there. I’ve hopes of getting in more veggies and fruits and cutting down the carbs a bit. I’m shooting for 2000 calories.

I have my progress pictures posted again. You can see them as a page in the left hand navigation. I will post one with every goal met. Once I reach 300 again, there will be a new picture. I’m figuring by Valentine’s Day. I can do this!

I’m always going to be fat; it just is a matter of how fat do I want to be. This is not how fat I want to stay. I can feel it in my joints, my back aches and I get tired easily. I want to be able to keep up with my smaller Master and I want to be eye candy for parties, demos and general public outings. I want to be able to wear the clothing I drool over in catalogues and I want it to look good!

I need to lose weight to help stave off diabetes and heart disease; both of which are in my family tree. I want to prevent hip and knee replacements and permanent back damage.

I will be a sexy fat woman, just you wait!
