    Not sure if it will help, but have you ever checked out flylady.com? It’s a website that helps you organize the clutter in your life … but not just in your home … there is also a part about Body Clutter. I haven’t used that part yet, but I have subscribed to the decluttering my home part and it has helped a ton so I thought maybe the Body Clutter part might help you with your struggle. There are some free parts you can download (like a Body Clutter Investigator)and also some books you can purchase — can’t hurt to check it out. Good luck — weight loss is a long and arduous journey — one of the hardest things to do in this life!

    I’m a flybaby myself. I’m not doing well with it, and I’ve read all about the body clutter program. It’s a great idea, but again you have to have that desire to do it in order to get it done. My stuggle currently is that I just don’t feel like doing anything even though I want to. I’ll get off my bum sooner or later.
